Return And Refund Policy
We accept cancellations within 24 hrs of purchase. All products are made by hand to order, so if there is nothing wrong with the item when it arrives, returns and refunds will not be accepted. All Sales are Final. Any custom products CAN NOT be returned or refunded. Please be sure to order the right size, as we do not take any responsibility if the wrong size nails are ordered.
However; if unfortunately your item arrives damaged where it is unusable, then you have up to 2 days to contact Nails Depot regarding a return/exchange. We do not offer free return unless the product was damaged or incorrect items have been sent. (bwclosetzt@gmail.com)
Please contact us by email to initiate a return. The product must be unworn and in its original packaging when returning. The money will be refunded on the original form of payment.
