- We don’t cover the lost or stolen parcel by post service, Fedex or by DHL which is authorized by the receiver to leave at the front door, please offer a correct shipping address and don’t use the PO Box address.
- Unfortunately we are unable to cover your shipping costs back to us, but any postage to you in regards to an exchange will be covered by us on all returns due to faulty or incorrect product. All other return customers or responsible for shipping both ways
- You are advised to use a tracked service as the goods are still your property until we receive them. We are not liable for any items that are lost / damaged when returned via a different method that doesn’t require tracking or signature.
