FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order, all sales after 14 days are final
- DO NOT mail returned package to address on delivery package, please email us for return instructions
- BWCLOSET must be notified with the intention to exchange or refund within 3 days of receiving the items
- RA (Return Authorization) number is required prior to shipping your return.
- To return your product for an exchange or refund, simply contact bwclosetzt@gmail.com and include your order number. We will respond with complete and easy return instructions.
- Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded and will be sent back to the sender.
- Return shipping must be by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. BWCLOSET takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
- All exchanges for a size up are final sale “Exception returns apply to all final sale return items.
- Please write your order number and RA number clearly on the outside of your return package.
- Unfortunately we don’t cover your shipping costs back to us, but any postage to you in regards to an exchange will be covered by us, only full price purchase. Any sale items/ final sale/ promotional items/ discount price that is returned for an exchange, all customers are responsible for both shipping to us and back.
- If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery ( bwclosetzt@gmail.com) ( all final sale, sale code, clearance items can ONLY be exchanged for the same item (smaller or larger)). Sale is final, if not confirmed within time.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be immediately sent back to the sender.
- All special promotions, selected items: (Lingerie, Swimwear, Hosiery, Bodysuit, jewelry, jewelry tops), Clearance, Discount Items and Sale code, will not be eligible for any exchange or return. “Final Sale”
- Items purchase under special promotions that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price are final sale.
- Items advertised as “Free Shipping” that are returned for a refund will be charged the original shipping fee.
- All Orders are fulfilled within 2 business days, out of stocks items fulfill within 7 business days. Not included standard shipping time 2-4 business days (US)
- Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
- We inspect all returned items when they arrive.

- All BWCLOSET goods are inspected and imaged before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit.
- Please take care when trying your new garments for the first time. Full Refunds or Exchanges will only be accepted if the clothing is returned in its original clean condition with tags: unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse any items not returned in their original state. These items will be immediately sent back to the sender.

All promotion codes are available for a limited time only while supplies last and cannot be used once they expire. These promotions are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other promotional codes.
One promotion per order is limited, and in some cases, promotions can only be redeemed once per person. If an order is combined with any other code or NOT a promotional item ONLY, the order will be canceled. You will see the promotion reflected in your shopping cart on the Order Confirmation page.

BWCLOSET will need to issue an RA (Return Authorization) number to the customer before the items can be sent back. All the details about how to return the items will be provided in this RA email. Once the RA number has been issued you have X days to return the items, a date will be provided. If the items have not been received by BWCLOSET during this time it will not be accepted.

Items returned without an RA number clearly on the exterior of the package will not be accepted and will be marked return to sender. These items are not the responsibility of BWCLOSET. Items received for return will be carefully inspected before any exchange or refund is given.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at bwclosetzt@gmail.com.

Please follow the instructions above. You must return your items to the address provided within 14 days from the day you received your RA number for return. Please write your order # and RA# on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges

To return your product, simply contact bwclosetzt@gmail.com and include your order number and item you would like to exchange. We will respond with complete and easy return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and signature confirmation. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
BWCLOSET is not responsible for lost packages when a buyer does not use an appropriate form of tracking.

Any items advertised as “FREE SHIPPING” that are returned for a refund will be charged a shipping fee. DHL Shipping $39 per item or (charge is based on how much it costs to ship to your location and the amount of items in the package). Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 5-10 days. Shipping time doesn’t include our product processing ( fulfill within 3 business days)

***BWCLOSET insurance each purchase from when it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature on all goods delivered, at which point the responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. The person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

International Orders
All orders are insured and come with tracking via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or DHL Express.

Orders are shipped DHL Express with estimated delivery of 5 to 10 days and Priority Mail with estimated delivery of 2 -3 business days, it may take longer depending on USPS processing time and Customs holds for your country.

*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Cancellation By Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is not available for any reason. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will notify you and return any payment you have made. Refunds will be made using the method of payment you used.

We can deliver to your workplace, but we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. If you choose to have your order sent to your workplace, please ensure someone is available to receive it, as the courier will deliver to the location, not to a specific individual.

Please contact customer services if you haven’t received your order within 5-10 days of dispatch. To assist you with your inquiry, you must contact us within 15 days of the dispatch date or receipt of your dispatch email.

Yes, anyone at the designated delivery address can sign for the package and will be responsible for it upon receipt.

Sorry, but our system only accepts the most recent coupon code that was entered. Coupon codes cannot be combined.
